Tell me about it Mark. I tried to contact the seller about those, and he swears blind that I've sent him a set in the past (I might have), and the others he's acquired from different sources! He even threatened me with legal action if I ever contacted him again about the issues he has For Sale. What's funny is that he only ever has Nos 1 to 10 available. Surely if he bought them from different sources, then he'd have the odd different issue from time to time, eh? I know what I know, and cannot be bothered with the low-life. I consider it a compliment that he wants to copy my fine publication, but feel sorry for the buyers who end up with an inferior end result.

How can he threaten you with legal action if you are the owner of the magazines and all material is copyright, like I do with my site I dont mind people using as long as they credit the place its only fair When I seen the other sets he had as I bought a set from him I mailed him back saying these where not originals as the quality was not the same nere got a reply from him

Maybe we should have another stab at it then, as a joint effort, ie me as the copyright holder and you as the disgruntled buyer? All we'll need is a few more disgruntled buyers and we'll have a case.

I think I might be another disgruntled buyer as I bought some but they are just photocopies as well.

To be fair, the first issues were black & white copies off the original master artwork I still hold. The later issues however were all produced digitally and output direct to a black & white copier so there was no drop in quality.
