I thought it was Keith Bird that did the construction on E99 FLD which Chris Wood used to have
The only construction Birdy did was to make the front and rear section one piece, CW did the wide track.
Interestingly Pete Slights has done a few wide tracks, but with a different method than Chris used.

Well having spoken to Phil Gallagher most recently on Xmas he took a shell and parts to re-shell his ex John Brown car. and as Bogie had probs with the clutch at scrutineering on Friday which was sorted then his accident Phil said he had the parts at his place which would of got that sorted.
The car Phil has running C300 OCN hasnt been touched and could be forsale at the right price

I can categorically say that having looked at the damage on the Bogie Car, that The Gallagher Buggers would not have had the parts required, I think Birdy would have a spare arm,but it in my experience that shell needs to go on the Jig at R & D....................................But hey what do I Know :lol:

Were these 6 cars the ones built from the Cowley auctioned bare shells?
Didn't Keith Bird get leant the jigs by Rover Sport to assemble the last sets of body pressings into a handful of new bodyshells?

Just come off the phone from Mark J and he confirmed it was one of the last batch of the shells from Rover Sport ARG call it what you will
It is having a full rebuild from Keith Bird and should be set to go on the North West Stages
