Gaydon - AAAHH !
There's an article in this months Practical Classics mag that the museum at Gaydon is trying to raise £3 million to build an on site storage facility, and that they've had a load of stick for leaving exhibits outside. The picture shows the red 6R4 prototype outside surrounded by Marinas, Itals and all sorts of other cars. I hope that they're just using the Metro to draw attention to their plight and that they aren't REALLY storing it outside. Garreth

To be honest Garreth, I wouldnt be surprised if they left it outside all the time. Such a shame that the prototype of an iconic rally car is left in such a state. 3 million pound though to build the storage facility? How many cars do they have outside?
