Horne's car serious
Andy Horne has hinted no more events will be competed in his metro until he gets the cooling sorted :shock: they already have the biggest cooling system that'll fit but i'm sure it won't be long 8) Does anyone agree that his car would be perfect for short 1 mile or so rally sprints as i can't overheat

Its a big shame that Andy has hinted that :( but when you think of how much it is costing not just to enter an event. But other stuff like travelling accomodation etc etc, it would make me think exactly the same to be honest. I dont think it would be ideal for short sprints purely because the car is at its best in the forest :D

was speakin to him not long ago and he has been at his head mechanics house for the past few nights even before the merrick stages. his head mechanic lives 5 doors down from me so i get then gossip so to speak

over heating
we were having overheating problems on our car fitted the water pump and controller before sat rally it was 20oc outside and very humid all day. our fans on the rad also fused and the car never rose above 85 all day it cost less than £500 and is amazing on the stage the car was at 50 almosyt to cool oil cooler fans nver came on all day. the pump can pump 110l per min at it max.
