Metro's competing in Belgium
Hopefully there will be more events that will allow the 6R4 to compete in Belgium. I am trying to get events to allow the cars to compete and this years Tour of Flanders should hopefully be one of them as Chris Tilly and Belgian Photographer Juha Bos will hopefully be co driving for Chris. Another event is the Renningelst Rally which is from the same organisers as Monteberg. As Monteberg made the decsision not to allow 6R4's to run for overall honours first then changed their minds at the last minute which scuppered the chance of at least 6r4's going over I think they are now willing to allow the cars back. This is good news if the Belgian Rally organisers agree to have Metros there on their events as it could mean more of the competing crews from here to go back over the water to race.

4th RALLYSPRINT OF RENINGELST 22-23 SEPTEMBER 2007 A new international rallysprint this year. Its run by the same organisers as the famous Monteberg Rallysprint. The event has already run for the last 3 years and has been very successfull. This year it is open to foreign crews with the same format as the Monteberg event. Location - Reningelst Belgium - 1 hour from Calais Date - 22 - 23 September 2007 Entry Fee - £60 pounds !!! License - National B or above Metro 6R4`s etc are ALLOWED We have accomodation from just £15 per night and discounted deals on Ferries.
