New look 6r4.net
Me and Dan are halfway through changing the main www.6r4.net site layout and design. I have just changed the layout on here to coincide with the new look 6r4.net site. I hope you like it and once the main site is sorted we will let you know so you can give us your feedback. Any feedback on the forum layout is always welcome wether good or bad.

Hi GUys, hope you like the new scheme... it's a bit of a radical change.. .but the new main site is looking pretty damn cool... so Nicky and I think!! shouldn't be long now and we will be live!! ...I have got a bit more spare time on my hands now and Nicky is a photoshop wizard. Dan

No problem ill adjust the brightness of the text in the morning when I get back from work :)

All that bouncing about in the 6r4 must have made my eyes go funny can barley read these posts! May also have something to do with village fete last night and a drink or two. I agree can we birghten the posts up please Regards all

the new look main site is now finished and fully working... hope you guys like the new colour scheme... black and green an MG colour scheme but a bit later than the 6R4 days! the top left corner logo is available if anyone wants to advertise on the site... email dan@6r4.net for more info Cheers Nicky & Dan

Sorry I have been offline a while as I had some bug in my pc that wouldnt allow me to post on here. I have changed the brightness of the font to a more lighter grey, are people still having problems with the font colour been too dark? If you let me know ill change it even more for everyone.

Apologies I haven't had much time to post recently - my forum seems to be keeping me busy, amongst other things. Anyway, just thought I'd take a moment to comment on the new look of the forum - as requested. I'm sorry to say that I don't like it I'm afraid! Please don't take this the wrong way Nicky as I appreciate how much time and effort goes into these things, and how little reward or thanks the individual actually gets. Sorry, but in my mind the whole feel of the board is far too dark, making it very difficult to read. Unless that is just me, and everyone else gets on with the new look perfectly OK? If that is the case, then I won't say anything further, and will simply persevere and get on with it! Sorry Nicky - just my 2p's worth! :roll:

No problem with your coments captain, its all taken onboard and me and Dan can have a chat about it more at the meet this weekend see what we can do to improve it for everyone.

Just logged back on and its bloody hard to read Nick / Dan, any chance of fully brightening it as the black background dosn't do the grey any good

How about if I adjusted the text to white? Do you think that would make it better? Are you coming to the 6r4.com meet mate?
