Rallyshow 2008 - Chatsworth house
Noticed that the fantastic rallyshow is on again next year and is on earlier than this year. Its on the 7th and 8th of june. Would any of the 6r4 owners on here be interested in having a 6r4 owners club display at the show? It would mean that you would be there for both days but im sure it is the ideal place to show the 6r4 to everyone. There were loads of enhtusiastic people around the metro's this year but would be nicer to have all the metro's in one area for them to drool over lol. If you are interested let me know as ill look more into it. For a 2 day pass to the show it will cost 22pound per person. If people are interested in more information please let me know. I will also ask on jerry's site if they would be interested in bringing their 6R4 along. More info can be found on the events website http://www.therallyshow.org./

Nicky, Sounds like a good idea. Garreth What ill do is email people i know and get the word about plans for a display and see if they are interested. Ill keep everyone updated with any progress if i get some good feedback from people who are interested. Thanks ofr showing your interest Garreth it would be ace to see E128 there :D Would you take the car out on the stage? Would sound bloody gorgeous going through the trees when you have you foot planted on the gas pedal 8)

Sorry for not updating people on this. What I am doing is emailing every 6r4 owner I know to see if they would be interested. When i get a definate list Ill put on here who they are and sort out booking it up with the organisers.

Just had a reply off John Melling, the owner of the ex David Llewellin D750 PDM 6R4. He said that if they do go to the show and do stage demo's then he will arrange for his car to be on display with us inbetween runs :D Sent pm's and emails to owners.

Good news Nick Sure is Mark, I have had a couple of replies already off other owners, some cant make it due to other commitments and others will let me know more towards the date of the event. Ill check out the cut off date for car club applications and let everyone know.
