Rebuilding 6R4, parts needed, new or used in good condition: 1. Pair of cranked steering arms c/w adjusters, bushes, top hats & rose joints. 2. Alloy radiator 3. Heated front screen 4. Tailgate + glass 5. Both Doors 6. Front sump guard 7. Rear top brace

There's a heated screen on Ebay at the moment - and Ian Rowlance has got some on his site. I've got a pair of doors with new polycarb windows - they're on my car at the moment but coming off in the next couple of months (swapping to carbon doors) if that's any use ? Garreth

The doors are absolutely mint ! There shoild be some pictures of my car on here somewhere E128 FLD ? As I say will be a couple of months till I get the new ones fitted. Garreth

Yeah, got it thanks! Garreth's looks really good. Pity us "forest guys" can't keep Metros the same way - well the forest aint getting any smoother!

Alastair, just go to your local scrap yards and findsome 3 -door metros if you want steel doors If not theres a guy in Belgium makes Carbon Fibre

I do know TAL and have had previous bad experiences with them, I do not agree with their gross profiteering because they believe they have a monopoly on a captive market, hence my wanted list on this site. Thanks for your response though. Al.
