Car 3 is now MG Metro 6r4 - F887 HAM after we had a few engine niggles with the Hyundai as long as my long suffering Mechanic (Paul) gets the gearbox and diffs back in the car :wink:

I'm happy now as I will be able to see that in Lowther while I have my stall out I think the Metro would be more suited to that event away lol Good luck John

Cheers Nicky I have scrapped plans for that now as my mates wife is going into hospital so he cant make it and I dont fancydoing it on my own as we took turns to watch the action. So now I can enjoy watch action on the day of the Prom

Hi Nicky, allways good to be back in Hammy, its like putting an old pair of slippers on. Stages where excellent and I think we could be more competitive next year, its very difficult to get on the pace of the lads that beat us as they have all done the event quite a few times before. Bulk of the competitive mileage was at Warcop and we really enjoyed it there, not very often you can get the Metro in 5th and on full chat revs :twisted: but in Warcop towards the end you certainly could and on the 'Big' Lowther stage, very very quick ! Looking foward to going back next year.
